Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic announced today a partnership with digital health reseller Credential HealthCARE to offer advanced digital health solutions that will be accessible by customers one year after they join Credential. The new service will offer Delta and Virgin customers opportunities to participate in on-line health and wellness programs, such as mindfulness, meditation and health coaching, that are customized to their individual needs, and accessible throughout the air travel experience.

Delta and Virgin have announced a new partnership that will enable their frequent flyer members to earn digital health credentials to prove their health and fitness, while flying, and earning Delta SkyMiles (US based) or Virgin Atlantic Miles (UK based)

Travelers on Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic can take advantage of a new tool to help them meet their medical travel requirements. Delta FlyReady will be available to help customers manage their testing needs, and later this summer it will include vaccination data. FlyReady enabled passengers to schedule Covid 19 tests, check test results and confirm they met the requirements to enter the destination country. From the beginning of the pandemic, we understood that our clients would need a way to manage the complexities of international travel after COVID ended. That’s why we started working with our partners at Virgin Atlantic to develop this solution, said Allison Asbend, executive vice president and chief customer officer. We strive to make travel an enjoyable experience that we all value, and Delta FlyReady is a user-friendly, reliable and efficient option that ensures customers and our employees don’t make mistakes while traveling. Virgin Atlantic travelers will also use the technology under the Virgin Atlantic FlyReady brand. Virgin Atlantic FlyReady and Delta FlyReady will help build customer confidence when they take to the skies again by making their transatlantic travel experience as seamless and transparent as possible and allowing them to navigate the new Covid 19 travel regulations in a convenient digital format, said Cornil Koster, Virgin Atlantic’s director of customers and operations. We are committed to ensuring that each of our customers flies safely and in good health, and we are pleased to be working closely with our partners Delta Air Lines and TrustAssureTM to introduce this innovative integrated solution, which will be expanded to include immunization status. FlyReady is integrated into Delta’s reservation system. After travelers book a flight, they check their email and access FlyReady via a link. By clicking on the link, travelers can schedule a Covid 19 test through Delta’s partnership with TrustAssure or download the test results from another trusted partner. The tool is currently designed for flights between the U.S. and U.K., but Delta plans to expand FlyReady as more international destinations are added.
