On July 24th, Norwegian Cruise Line’s fourth Oasis-class cruise ship, the world’s only “luxury” cruise ship, completed a 41-day sail around the world. The 14-day world voyage, which departed from Southampton, UK, in the UK on July 1st, and returned to Southampton on July 31st, was the first of its kind for the ship, and marked the completion of the first phase of the “Oasis-Class Design Certification Program.”

All of the Galaxy Oasis-Class ships – the Oasis, the Legend, and the Apex – have completed their initial shakedown testing on the Great Lakes, followed by the Atlantic Ocean. The Oasis, the first ship in the class, completed her maiden voyage over the weekend. All three ships are now on the East Coast of the U.S. Their next stop is Miami, Florida, where more testing will be completed before they sail to Europe.

In this brief, yet to be published piece (written for a different blog), I’ll talk about the state of the art in cruise ship design. Cruise ships are getting bigger and bigger, but a new class of ship has recently been shown to have the potential to make some of the biggest ships in the world even smaller.. Royal Caribbean has conducted another health protocol test cruise. This time, it was the Allure of the Seas, one of the world’s biggest cruise ships, that returned to Florida. The ship is also the first of the Oasis-class to complete a test voyage, which is a crucial step toward the ship’s safe return to service.

The test cruise for the Allure of the Seas is now complete.

The Royal Caribbean cruise ship is the first of her class to conduct a test sailing, and she will serve as a model for her sister ships, Symphony of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas, when they begin their own test sailings.

On July 27, the Allure of the Seas sailed from Port Canaveral, Florida, to undertake onboard health and safety testing. The United States developed stress testing as part of a simulated voyage. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is a U.S. government agency that (CDC).

A test voyage is no longer necessary due to a recent lawsuit filed by the state of Florida. However, cruise companies, like Royal Caribbean, continue to follow the CDC recommendations to guarantee the safety of its passengers and staff.

The cruise ship sailed with volunteer passengers after the cruise company invited anyone interested to submit their information in the hopes of being selected. More than 600 individuals were on board, including volunteers, workers, and travel partners, according to Royal Caribbean.

The Oasis-class ship docked at Perfect Day CocoCay, the cruise line’s own private island in the Bahamas, for the two-night trip. On Thursday, the ship returned to Port Canaveral.

Most ships are on a brief test cruise, and during this time, the ship must pass a variety of scenarios in order to finish the test cruise successfully. If all goes according to plan, the CDC will give the green light to Allure of the Seas, and she will be able to start taking paying passengers on cruises.

The huge cruise ship will now begin preparations for her formal relaunch, which will take place on August 8 from Port Canaveral. The ship will go to the Eastern and Western Caribbean on seven-night cruises. Calls to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Perfect Day at Cococay are included on the eastern Caribbean trip. Nassau, Falmouth, Labadee, and CocoCay are all included on the Western Caribbean trip.
